'twas the night before BOOST

And I'm up late working out the last minute details . . . and really excited about starting the program again. We had the training with the Junior Coaches on Friday and they were great. Doug Coleman took them through leadership activities and tours of the campus (so they can help lead the groups). After a fun lunch at The Loop, we got into some spontaneous role playing on behavior issues. Theo was picking a fight with me and then Doug started making a scene playing with his headphones. Moses came over, bent close to the "warring parties", and managed to de-escalate the "incident". I'm trying to post the picture of this but not sure it is working.
